INTERIOR PAINTING - 15 YEAR WARRANTY
Coverage: Finest Painters Inc. is proud to offer a 15-year warranty on our interior painting services. This warranty covers the following:
- Peeling, Flaking, or Blistering: We guarantee that the paint applied by our team will not peel, flake, or blister under normal conditions for 15 years.
- Workmanship: We stand by the quality of our workmanship. Any issues resulting from improper surface preparation or paint application will be corrected at no cost to you.
- Materials: We use high-quality paints and materials to ensure a long-lasting finish. If there is an issue with the paint or materials we supplied, we will contact the supplier to determine if it is covered under their warranty. Any defects related to the materials will be addressed in coordination with the supplier’s warranty terms.
Exclusions: This warranty does not cover:
- Damage from external causes: This includes, but is not limited to, damage caused by extreme weather conditions, fire, flooding, structural movement, or other natural disasters.
- Wear and Tear: Normal wear and tear, such as fading due to sun exposure, or minor scratches and dents, are not covered under this warranty.
- Unauthorized Repairs or Modifications: Any repairs, touch-ups, or modifications made by someone other than Finest Painters Inc. will void this warranty.
- Adjoining Surfaces: The warranty applies only to the specific areas we have painted as per the contract.
Warranty Period: The 15-year warranty period begins on the date of the final payment. All claims must be made within this period.
EXTERIOR PAINTING - 12 MONTH WARRANTY
Coverage: We offer a 12-month warranty on our exterior painting services. This warranty covers the following:
- Peeling, Flaking, or Blistering: We guarantee that the paint applied by our team will not peel, flake, or blister under normal conditions for 12 months.
- Workmanship: We stand by the quality of our workmanship. Any issues resulting from improper surface preparation or paint application will be corrected at no cost to you.
- Materials: We use high-quality paints and materials to ensure a durable finish. If there is an issue with the paint or materials we supplied, we will contact the supplier to determine if it is covered under their warranty. Any defects related to the materials will be addressed in coordination with the supplier’s warranty terms.

- Peeling, Flaking, or Blistering: We guarantee that the finish applied by our team will not peel, flake, or blister under normal conditions for 5 years.
- Workmanship: We stand by the quality of our workmanship. Any issues resulting from improper surface preparation or paint application will be corrected at no cost to you.
- Materials: We use high-quality paints and materials to ensure a durable finish. If there is an issue with the paint or materials we supplied, we will contact the supplier to determine if it is covered under their warranty. Any defects related to the materials will be addressed in coordination with the supplier’s warranty terms.
